Capitol Lens | A Starr report

(Bill Clark/CQ Roll Call)

Ken Starr, the prosecutor who gained fame in the 1990s by leading an investigation into former President Bill Clinton, died Tuesday at 76. He was also a member of Donald Trump’s defense team during the former president’s first impeachment trial. This archival photo shows him leaving the Capitol after the conclusion of the Senate trial proceedings on Feb. 3, 2020.
