Tension pervaded the House Rules Committee hearing on a resolution that calls for the Mueller report to be made public. Rep. Michael Burgess expressed doubts of Russian wrongdoing in the U.S. election and accused Democrats of wanting to impeach President Trump because he won an election no one thought he’d win.
