Sen. Cory Booker spoke at the New Hampshire Democrats’ 2018 post-election celebration on Saturday. Booker didn’t make any 2020 presidential announcements, but spoke about the spirit of New Hampshire and what it means for the Democrats’ battle against racism and inequality.
