Former Republican Wyoming Sen. Alan Simpson’s eulogy of his friendship with George H.W. Bush on Wednesday drew joyous laughter among those in attendance at the 41st president’s state funeral. Friends since the 1960s, Simpson recapped their lifelong friendship.
