President Donald Trump traveled to Texas on Monday to campaign for his one-time rival Sen. Ted Cruz, who is locked in a tight re-election race with Rep. Beto O’Rourke. Trump spoke on a wide range of issues from Hillary Clinton to an ambiguous tax cut — hoping to increase enthusiasm throughout his base ahead of the midterms on Nov. 6.
