President Donald Trump called in to Fox & Friends on Thursday to talk about his decision to hold a rally in Pennsylvania Wednesday as the Florida panhandle took a beating from Hurricane Michael. The president said canceling the rally would be unfair to the thousands of supporters waiting to hear him speak.
