McConnell Says Protesters Won’t ‘Intimidate’ GOP Senators – ‘I Don’t Care How Many Members They Chase’

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., in opening remarks Wednesday warned that GOP senators will not be deterred by the onslaught of protests surrounding Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court. Since several sexual assault allegations against Kavanuagh have been made public in recent weeks, protests at the Capitol have been frequent and large, with some demonstrators targeting specific senators.
