Hoyer Targets Voting Rights, Campaign Finance as Top Changes for Next Congress

Minority Whip Steny H. Hoyer, D-Md., mapped out Wednesday what a Democrat-controlled Congress would look like in the new year. In a speech at Union Station, Hoyer pushed for heightened transparency between Congress and its constituents, including overturning Citizens United, focusing on fair re-districting and updating Congress’s accessibility through technology.
