The Association of Former Members of Congress hosted its annual memorial service in Statuary Hall on Wednesday to honor the 38 former members of Congress who died in the last year, including Rep. Louise Slaughter, Sens. Daniel Akaka, Jim Bunning, Pete Domenici and John McCain.
