White House correspondent John T. Bennett says President Donald Trump’s decision to lower, raise, then lower the White House flag to honor the late Sen. John McCain is a good summary of the rocky relationship the two had. The potential for further faux pas will increase as the weekend approaches and McCain is honored at the Capitol rotunda.
