Del. Stacey Plaskett, a self-described “foodie,” occasionally whips up a homemade dish from her native Virgin Islands and hosts a potluck with her DC staff. Roll Call reporter Alex Gangitano sat down with the Democrat for a potluck this summer to talk about Plaskett’s favorite local foods and her continued efforts in aiding the islands’ recovery following Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
