Ryan: Trump Is ‘Trolling People’ on Security Clearance Threats

When asked about President Donald Trump’s consideration of revoking former Obama administration officials’ security clearances, Speaker Paul Ryan said “I think he’s just trolling people, honestly.” Also at the news conference, Ryan said Russian President Vladimir Putin will not be invited to address a joint session of Congress and Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy discussed the NDAA passage.
