Things got heated during the weekly colloquy between Majority Leader Kevin McCarty and Minority Whip Steny Hoyer, with the two House leaders shouting at each other over a House-passed resolution to support the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, on which 133 Democrats voted “present.”
