Ryan: Policy Separating Families at Border Will ‘Require Legislative Change’

Speaker Paul D. Ryan said he does not support children being separated from their parents when detained at the border. He said that’s happening because of a court ruling and noted: “We believe it should be addressed in immigration legislation.”
