California Primaries Packed With Democratic Candidates Hoping to Make the Cut

Senior political reporter Bridget Bowman is on the ground in California this week observing Democrats in three key House races. Since the state follows a jungle primary system (where two candidates of any party can make the ballot in November), it’s unclear if the party will be represented in the general election.
