Sens. Roy Blunt, R-Mo., and Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., spoke on Tuesday about their efforts to update the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995. One part they’re looking to change is a removal of the 30-day “cooling off” period after an alleged harassment incident occurs.
