There Won’t Be Clothing Requirements for Baby: Senate Changes Floor Rules, Allowing Infants

The Senate passed a resolution on Wednesday changing the Senate rules to allow mothers to bring infant children to the floor. The change came shortly after Sen. Tammy Duckworth on April 9 became the first sitting senator to give birth.
