“They had to spend $10 million to protect a Republican seat — that bodes well… that we’re going to have some change here,” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said at a press conference after Conor Lamb’s razor-thin upset in a special election for a district President Trump won by 20 points in 2016.
