McConnell, Schumer Announce They’ve Reached Budget Agreement

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer, D-N.Y., took to the Senate floor Wednesday to announce they’ve reached a budget agreement, which includes a continuing resolution to fund the government through the end of March.
