Ryan, Pelosi Disagree on DACA Solution

During their weekly briefings on Thursday, Speaker Paul D. Ryan said “security measures” need to accompany a DACA solution, while House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said it’s urgent to have a deal soon.
