Trump Talks About Wall, Brother During Opioid Crisis Speech

President Donald Trump declared the opioid crisis a “national health emergency” in a speech in the White House on Thursday. In his speech, Trump spoke about taking certain opioids off the market and starting advertising campaigns to discourage youth drug use.
