Watch: Scalise Speaks on House Floor for First Time Since Shooting

House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, R-La., returned to work on Thursday for the first time since he was seriously injured at a shooting at a Republican baseball practice three and a half months ago. He spoke about his recovery, faith, and the Capitol Police officers and colleagues who helped save his life during the shooting. Watch his remarks here.
