Members, USO Make Care Packages for Hurricane Relief Troops

The USO tapped members and staffers to help create care packages for National Guard troops at an event in the Rayburn building on Tuesday. The care packages will be sent to National Guard members deployed in Florida and Texas helping with the hurricane relief effort.
