Georgia’s reliably Republican 6th District stayed in GOP hands on Tuesday night with GOP candidate Karen Handel besting Democrat Jon Ossoff. Roll Call reporter Simone Pathé and photographer Bill Clark were in Georgia to witness the finale of the historic election.
