The annual face-off between Democrats and Republicans continues Thursday evening at 7:05 p.m., after a Wednesday morning shooting at the GOP practiceshocked Washington and the nation. Roll Call editor Jason Dick takes a step back to recap the history of the game, Roll Call’s involvement in its renaissance and more. The game, as both managers said this week, will go on as Congress unites in the spirit of baseball and friendship.
