After an East Coast snowstorm led to mass flight cancellations, Texas Reps. Will Hurd and Beto O’Rourke decided instead to take a road trip from San Antonio to D.C. — a two-day long, bipartisan adventure to get them to the Capitol in time for Wednesday evening votes.
