The House and Senate are back in session Monday following last week’s GOP retreat in Philadelphia. Roll Call’s Rema Rahman and Bridget Bowman lay out what’s ahead in the coming days, including procedural votes on some of President Donald Trump’s cabinet appointments and efforts toward repealing the Affordable Care Act.
