At the confirmation hearing for Health and Human Services nominee Republican Rep. Tom Price on Wednesday, Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren questioned Price on whether he would defund Medicare and Medicaid if confirmed as secretary, noting that President-elect Donald Trump had previously commented he would not cut funding for either program.
