Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said at a news conference Thursday she believes Congress may need to get involved in the issue of Apple’s encryption policies after the FBI requested the technology company grant it access to a cell phone that belonged to one of the San Bernardino, Calif., shooters. “I don’t think it should be up to one judge to decide on the encryption policy as we go forward,” Pelosi said.
