Obama on Supreme Court Nomination: ‘The Constitution is Clear’

President Barack Obama said at a press briefing Tuesday there is no particular stance on any given issue that would lead him to nominate someone for the Supreme Court seat vacated by Antonin Scalia’s death. He also said the Constitution is clear that he should submit a nominee and the Senate should begin a confirmation process.
