Pelosi Won’t Rule Out Deeming on GOP Budget

When asked Thursday whether Democrats would oppose deeming the Republican budget bill passed, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said it would depend on the bill, saying “if we have to proceed, we have to proceed.”
