McConnell Sidesteps Waterboarding Question

When asked whether the use of waterboarding should be reinstated for terrorist interrogations, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said “I think we all know what the law is,” and that he’s in favor of using “every appropriate method” of interrogation.
