WH: No Evidence San Bernardino Shooters Part of Terror Cell

On the eve of President Barack Obama’s visit to the families of the San Bernardino shooting victims, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said Thursday White House and law enforcement officials still see no evidence the shooters were part of a U.S.-based terror cell or a broader plot on America.
