Ryan Holds Moment of Silence for Victims of San Bernardino Shooting

Shortly before the ceremonial lightning of the Capitol Christmas tree Wednesday evening, Speaker Paul D. Ryan held a moment of silence for the victims of the shooting in San Bernardino. “Please keep the victims and their families in your prayers right now,” Ryan said.
