McCarthy: Visa Bill Will Become Law

In unrolling legislation to overhaul the program — expected on the floor next week — Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy told reporters he expected the White House to support the bill and for it to enjoy bipartisan support on the House floor. When asked whether he wanted this language folded into the omnibus, McCarthy said however it can be signed into law fastest he’s open to it.
