Ryan Favors Reauthorizing First Responders Bill

At his weekly news conference Thursday, Speaker Paul D. Ryan announced his support to reauthorize the health care program for Sept. 11 first responders, with the program’s money set to run out by February. Ryan said he hoped to move on a reauthorization measure before the end of the year.
