McConnell ‘Confident’ Reconciliation Will Rollback Obamacare, Planned Parenthood

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell told reporters Tuesday he is “confident” a budget reconciliation package would rollback the Affordable Care Act and defund Planned Parenthood, adding the Senate would move to the bill after Thanksgiving.
