Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid dodged multiple questions Tuesday about whether he would support an executive action countering the National Defense Authorization Act to close the prion facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, simply saying “Congress has done their job.”“The president will do what he has to do,” Reid said. “He’s going to sign the bill and then he’ll determine whether or not he has any administrative authority to do anything different than what’s in that bill.”
